Yoni/Pussy De-armouring is a slow, mindful and conscious self healing practice where you work with your body to awaken sensations inside your vagina and release stored emotions, past trauma and stagnant energy. This practice can help you connect to yourself, your truth, your body, your sex centre and your sexuality again so you can heal from the past, experience more pleasure, deeper intimacy, internal orgasms, fulfilling sex and maybe the most important, reclaim your voice and power.

De-armouring has been one of the most powerful healing modalities on my healing journey of reclaiming my body and sexuality after overcoming trauma of sexual abuse in my upbringing. My pussy was numb, I could not surrender in the bedroom, I felt disconnected to my body and heart, and I was always faking orgasms with my partners.

Today I feel deeply connected to my pussy/yoni, experiencing sensations I couldn’t even imagine was possible. I can orgasm internally and with my partner and I have been able to alchemise numbness and pain inside my pussy to pleasure and power.
